AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – The Amarillo Botanical Gardens is preparing to host its 2026 Garden Fest this Saturday.
The event will feature flower sales, food trucks, and over 25 unique vendors.
A new addition to this year’s Garden Fest is its workshops, geared to help those who may be new to gardening.
“One of our purposes being here as a botanical garden is to teach people how to garden and to teach them to love nature and enjoy being out in nature. And so, it just makes sense that we teach some classes,” said Greg Lusk, Amarillo Botanical Gardens executive director.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at 1400 Streit Dr.
Tickets for Garden Fest are $5 and available upon entry Saturday. Children five and under get in for free.
