βœ… Place the beetroot crown cut-side down in shallow water
βœ… Set it on a bright windowsill
βœ… Refresh the water every 2 days
βœ… Watch new leaves sprout within a week!

Once roots develop, move it to a pot of compost. These
greens are edible, delicious, and can be used just like
spinach.
