Poor buddy was left in a hot car for a day. I watered this morning because it was bone dry to see if it comes back. I'm a baby plant enthusiasts, so I'd like a second opinion if it can be saved. I do want to transfer it to a larger pot, but I want to make sure it's not going to harm it further in this state.

Maybe? I wouldn’t bet on it entirely but you could try. The stems are green and that gives me hope but since all the leaves died back I couldn’t say.

  2. I’d repot, trim back those leaves and see what happens. I recently revived a couple of plants this way and they came back stronger and more beautiful than ever! I can’t tell you how happy it made me, so I’d at least give it a try 🥰

I would say yes. Give it a good water. New pot. Should be good

pinch a stem near the base of the plant and if it’s soft and green it’s still alive, if it’s crispy and snaps it’s dead. either way i would most likely chop the leafs off and just start from scratch, keep it in a bright spot (no direct sunlight) and leave her to be for a few days and hopefully will get lots of new growth in a couple weeks time 🙂

The leaves are cooked. Cut them back close to the main stems and see if new leaves develop.
