Yellow leaves dropping even though I water when dry (recent spider mites)

My plant has started dropping multiple yellow leaves recently and I’m not getting any new growth.

This wasn’t happening 3 weeks ago. I did have spider mites before but haven’t seen any signs since treating them (washed with soap)

I water only when the soil is dry (around every 10 days), so I didn’t think it was a watering issue, but now I’m not sure.

Does this sound like delayed pest damage, or more like a root/watering problem? What would you check first? Soil seems dry and I always drain
