To anyone who owns a variegated philodendron micans, how do you keep the white leaves/variegation from browning?

I'm starting to see some edges go dry and I'm afraid that it's going to get worse.

Tips and photos of your plant are appreciated 🙂

Silica will help but proper light and moisture are the culprits. Variagation is tricky don’t beat yourself up over it just try to learn what works. Typically variegated plants want more light. Watering can be difficult to dial in.
Edit to add: that all white leaf is going to die no matter what you do.
