Just pinch them off. The plant will grow more when it’s bigger.
My tomatoes plants are growing flowers and they are only about 6″ tall. You can pinch them off or leave them. Just because they flowered, it doesn’t mean it will fruit. 🙂

No it’s all ok , some of them will be automatic falled.
Move to a (much) bigger pot, or put it in the ground. Pinch out early flowers to focus energy on stronger root and plant growth
