I am in Southern California and looking to do some work done for my driveway and front courtyard. Is this reasonable? Any red flags?

  1. Always, always get 3 quotes. Never trust the first quote you see.

It’s 2x+ what a typical pro would charge so hopefully they are elite, organized, clean, and prompt

In a million years, I’d never pay this much. Get more quotes. Please.

Demo should be a fraction of that price. Clean concrete is often recyclable and can be disposed of for free. Dump fees can be high, but between jobs, a skilled crew can get more creative than taking it all to the dump.

The paver price is actually reasonable for SoCal… IF it includes pavers. Since it doesn’t, it’s on the higher end. But not highway robbery as some are thinking. Cali prices are real.

  5. This is exactly the crew that will come in and but concrete with a sledgehammer. Smoke. Throw some bits at the dumpster leave. Try and Increase the quote because of “rebars”.
