I would leave it alone! It looks good! But maybe needs a larger trellis?
I agree I’d leave it alone unless you’d like to propagate, it’s amazing you were able to grow that beauty from 1 leaf, those Valentine heart pots are usually zombie leaves without a node super impressive, your plant is gorgeous, just trellis her on a larger trellis and you’re good!
