A business that began in a garden shed is now making a global impact.
Poole-based executive search firm Strong Search Limited, founded by Andy Strong, has marked its first year with seven-figure USD revenue, international growth, and a 100 per cent retention rate on all placements.

The company, which specialises in go-to-market (GTM) hiring for B2B SaaS companies, completed 39 placements in its first year, all of whom remain in post.
Its clients include five companies featured in the Gartner Magic Quadrant.
Strong Search has appointed Larry Sanford as managing director of its North American division.
Mr Sanford brings more than 20 years of experience from leading US SaaS companies such as Coupa, Icertis, Yahoo and Clari.
The firm’s leadership team now boasts more than 70 years of combined SaaS hiring experience.
Founded without external funding, Strong Search has established a presence across EMEA, North America, and APAC.
The company reports a 100 per cent delivery rate on retained and exclusive searches, with an average shortlist turnaround of just 12 days.
It has also earned five-star Google reviews and full client satisfaction.
Strong Search gained early recognition with a feature in the International Business Times and recently launched a podcast sharing candid conversations with SaaS leaders.
The company has moved from its garden shed origins to permanent headquarters.
With further expansion on the horizon, the team anticipates more growth in its second year.
