My black krim tomatoes are a few weeks old and recently transplanted to the small pots in the picture. How close should I keep the lights to them? As you can see I have them a few inches above, is this correct or should I raise them up? First time growing tomatoes. Thanks in advance

Looks a little close. I’d bring it to about 4 inches above the tops of the plants.
Based on what I can see they look healthy. Keep doing what you’re doing.
