Customers at one of Surrey’s most popular garden centres will soon be able to enjoy alfresco breakfasts, lunches and cake in the beautiful sunshine.

The award-winning Squire’s Garden Centre in the little village of Badshot Lea near Farnham, is set to open a new outdoor terrace at its café located within its expansive grounds.

Building work has already started, and the new addition is expected to open this spring.

The wide terrace will give customers an opportunity to pause and soak up the nice weather with a drink or a bite to eat surrounded by gorgeous plants.

It will sit alongside its much-loved bright and airy indoor restaurant and cosy coffee shop

The family-run business ,which celebrates its 90th anniversary this year, recently launched a new menu, jam-packed with seasonal delights and cosy comforts.

Shoppers at the Badshot Lea Road address can tuck into delicious bagels, artisan flatbreads, sourdough pizzas, toasted ciabattas, jacket potatoes, and other hot food favourites including dishes featuring Porky White Surrey sausages.

The cafe’s breakfast is hugely popular especially it’s full English available daily until 11.30am.

Squire’s signature fry up features two award-winning Porky Whites sausages, two free-range eggs, two rashers of smoked bacon, mushrooms, beans, tomato, two hash browns, black pudding, toast and butter for £14.99.

Open seven days a week, the family friendly spot also has a delectable array of cakes and sweet treats including cream teas for £7.49.

Food served until 3.30pm Monday to Saturday and 3pm Sunday. Jacket potatoes, sandwiches and children’s meals will be available until 4pm Monday to Saturday and until 3.30pm on Sunday. Coffee and cake served all day.
