We just hung up our hummingbird feeders. Our only visitors so far have been super aggressive wasps.
Do you have any advice/recommendations to control the wasps and hornets from hummingbird feeders? I don't think anything can be done about that, but I thought I'd ask.

It seems having all of your water fountains keep the birds local and the birds help keep the bugs down in the garden. Do you put a piece of copper pipe in the water to keep the water fresher? I think a piece of brass does the same thing.

Flabbergasted! I planted an avocado plant I had grown from seed…and a second stem had started growing next to the first stem! NOW, I have Another avacado plant that had perished in the 2 freezes Florida had this year so I cut off the 4 ft. Stem…and NOW there is a NEW stem coming up from that seed of the frozen fried plant! I had no idea the avocado seeds will continue to throw shoots!! CRAZY!
