What are these white lines on my tomato leaves? Should I be concerned? I live in South Texas.

    Leafminer plus spider mites infestations.

Well, first of all, they’re missing an “L”. But those are leaf miners, they’re the young of various species of insects and are, in small numbers, not that big a deal. They can be handled by removing infested leaves, and through application of neem oil. In more controlled spaces like greenhouses, you can also use sticky traps to handle the adults.
Generally, the issue starts to get worse when the volume of them becomes overwhelming for the plant, and the absolute best prevention is keeping the leaves from wilting, so make sure they’re properly watered and if the sun is too intense at the peak of the day, maybe consider row covers or shades.
