Calamint (foreground) is one of the plants in the garden that adds to the garden almost all year round. It makes lush fragrant bushes with sweet flowers that bees and other insects love during the growing season. Then after the leaves and flowers have faded wisps of mint will reach your nose when you brush against it in the fall and winter. When the snow falls it makes these sweet white forests at your feet.
