Thick vine growing up an old shed on my property. It has 3 leaves at the end, and a very thick vine/trunk
First two photos are the vine in question.
Third picture is a separate plant on the same shed, almost positive that one is poison ivy.

Yes, that is definitely poison ivy.
The first picture is not (it looks to be leaves of a tree?). The hairs in the second picture likely are, and the third picture definitely is. Making the second picture almost 100% poison ivy.
edit: in the first photo, if you are talking about the leaves on the shed, in the background of the photo, then yes, that’s also poison ivy
I know 90% of the posts in here are “is this poison {sumac/ivy/oak}” and most of the times its not.
This definitely is.
That being said, please wear long pants and long shirts and gloves when gardening and immediately throw those clothes in the wash.
I am a dumbass who knows what poison ivy looks like but also gardens in 5 inch inseam shorts and a tshirt with no gloves. I’m covered in a rash from it, it’s awful, it itches everywhere, 0/10 do not recommend.
Poison ivy
It is PI.
If you like the general look of it, check out Wafer Ash.
That’s a giant tree vine
Pic one is a tree branch. Pic 2 made my eyes pop – such _healthy_ poison ivy vines, little red roots all over. Pic 3 confirms you have poison ivy.
The apps are correct. I pulled a lot of that off the front of my house in KY. Cover your skin, even if not allergic, that sap is like superglue. It’s related to the lacquer trees. I got some on my arm, honestly removing superglue was easier.
The hairy roots are always a sign of a poisonous vine. So sumac and oak all have hairy root vines
Very mature poison ivy.
And you’re letting it destroy your barn? It’s probably holding it up now. Be careful if you remove it, the barn might go with it.
I would cut the long thick tendrils about a foot apart, on the barn. Let it die. Then remove the dead next year. Some sections may survive, so kill each segment. It’s a tedious and potentially irritating skin wise, work. Take your time, it’s been growing for a long time.
Patience is a virtue and in your case, calamine (sp) lotion too.
Good luck.
