First time starting peppers from seed. Started on March 15. Achieved 100% germination rate and they did great at first. Sprouted and started growing pretty quick. Now it seems like they’re hardly doing anything and as you can see in the pictures, their seed leaves are turning yellow and dropping.
Some are developing true leaves but some are dropping seed leaves before the true leaves really even start.
-In a grow tent with grow lights running 13-14 hours a day
-74 to 82 degrees Fahrenheit at all times
-80 to 95% humidity consistently
-Only bottom watering plus some light misting on top (without hitting seedlings) once top .75-1 inch of growing medium drys out a bit
-They’re in a mix of about 90% coconut coir and 10% high quality potting mix
-Adequate drainage holes in pots
-Gentle fan breeze for a few hours a day
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

light fertilization
I would recommend your fan be on them all the time til they go outside. They also need more nutrients.
Need to get them in some type of soil or potting mix. There is nothing in your 90% to 10% mix to feed them. You could keep them in that mix but will need to fertilize regularly if you do.
coco coir has 0 nutrients. You will have to water with hydroponic nutrients maybe after a week of sprouting. I use and love maxigro from seed to harvest. 1 tsp per gallon of water.
