Bankside Open Spaces Trust (BOST) is raising money for its award-winning Future Gardeners programme as part of the national Earth Raise match-funding initiative delivered by Big Give.
Since launching in 2016, Future Gardeners has helped 25 graduating classes gain practical skills through its accredited horticultural training course.
BOST is partnering with Jason Williams, also known as the Cloud Gardener, to help amplify the campaign.
Earth Raise will match every donation, while BOST aims to raise £5,000. Louisa Mansfield, programme manager, comments:
“Future Gardeners is about more than learning horticulture – it’s about opening doors. We support people to build confidence, gain qualifications and take their first steps into a rewarding green career. With the support of Earth Raise, every donation will go twice as far in helping us reach more people who need this opportunity most.”
