We recently moved into a new house and the gardens a bit overgrown, there's lots of dandelions and doc leaves (We're in west Yorkshire, UK). Spotted this plant and it looks a bit fuzzy so thought it might be a nettle given we have doc leaves nearby? Yes I could touch it to confirm but I'd rather not 😂

Not nettle looks like some type of geum/avens
An easy way to identify a stinging nettle is by touching it 😉
