Hello,

My second leaf is coming (second since I've owned the plant) and I want to make sure I'm doing everything I can to get it growing upwards (the old growth grew horizontal).

I have a powerful grow light postioned at a 45 degree angle in front. I do have the most recent petiole somewhat tied to the pole which is a desperate effort to direct the next node upward. An aerial root has already attached to the support behind the plant.

Right now it looks like I'm succeeding and it's going to start growing vertically. Can anyone let me know their thoughts? First two pics was from this morning and third is just now in the evening.

I know I could repot it with the main vine vertical, but I want to avoid that if possible as I'd need to get a bigger pot.

Thanks!

Are you rotating the pot? It’s strange it’s going in the opposite direction of the window. It’s usually growing towards the light.

It looks healthy but the leaves are in all kinds of directions.
