Planted pothos on a fish tank with some Philodendron sp. 'Papua New Guinea' (or know as "Yamasakikazura").
Oldest leaves don't have any problems but 2-3 of it got some yellow spots suddenly one day, luckily it doesn't get bigger and spread? to the others.
Feeding guppy and corydoras once per day. Is this a sign of lacking of NPK or trace elements? Root issue? Spray too much?
Really appreciate any help 🙏

It’s quite hot here, around 27-30°C everyday. Indoor humidity is around 67% – 74%.
Spray once day and night.
