Not sure the scale but as long as you can reach in from all sides to every area, no reason it can’t work. Some people also place a wire mesh circle in the center and then dunp fresh kitchen scraps into the middle to compost and feed the surrounding soil

Nice! Without something to “set” the stones, this whole thing is going to shift and warp over time. That said, probably easier to take it apart and re-do it sans mortar so, actually I’m not mad at all. Non-permanent structures like this are awesome for that.

Needs adhesive every layer of block. and a proper base . If that’s the design your looking for its all good but this wont last very long structurally
