I’m so sorry for your loss, she’s such an angel. As for a plant, a peacock begonia maybe? Or any kind of begonia rex in general. Many of them are metallic and shiny in person

There’s plenty of sansevieria varieties that have a lot of blue/silver tones in them!
Kirkii blue, dragon wing, cleopatra, blue clone variegated! All pricier but they’re tough as nails plants that will last you a long time.
Sorry for your loss, looks like a lynx point, they’re awesome cats. She looked like a sweet lady.
African violets have beautiful blue flowers. If you are looking for something without flowers, maybe a blue star fern?

Caladium blue have many shades of blue, but they are rare plants. Orchids are finicky to keep, but they have such a range of colors. Hydrangeas are beautiful. Some African violets and hyacinth can be blueish as well.
They may be too green but i love blue chalk sticks. Some variants look bluer than others. I like these best in with other plants, maybe you get several plants that work together

It’s not bright blue but it’s blue-ish and the leaves are translucent like windows
