Hey everybody!
This monstera Aurea has been doing all well, roots are growing nicely, it’s pushing out a new leaf currently.
Substrate is 70% orchid bark mix, 20% perlite & 10% horticultural charcoal. Bottom watering once the pot feels light, atm it’s about once a week. It’s been under Sansi 10W grow lights which it absolutely enjoys. Fertilising with waterings NPK8-1-3.
My question is, on the right half of the leaf, the dark yellow, then brighter yellow in the middle and again dark yellow under, normal variegation and the leaf’s just hardened?
I have an Albo that’s also doing well, but I don’t really have experience with yellow variegation so I just want to make sure if anybody else has more experience.
Thank you!!

I think this is edema, you might be overwatering or you might be letting it get too dry between waters, its one of the 2, I used to get this on my normal deliciosa when leaving it to get too dry. Its basically the roots taking in more water than the plant can handle.
Yes normal coloring along with edema in that leaf.
