Why do ERC get hate?
Good haul! Best thing to do now is put into partial shade and protect from wind. Only water when dry. And basically forget about it. Ive been collecting for almost 20 years at this point, and I find that trees that recover the best are the ones that I dont play with for a few years. In other words, as hard as it is, give it time recover and establish in the pot before you start doing anything to it — nothing worse than killing a beautiful yamadori with impatience. Good luck!
