Went to a flower shop today and found this beauty! 3 stems!!!!! The flowers are really waxy too. From what the owner told me this is a Red Peoker. Btw, if anyone knows, is this species usually fragrant? And if so, what would it smell like? I’m really curious!

Combien l’avez vous payé, sans indiscrétion?

Mine is not fragrant, even when placed in a position that my other frangrant Phals like, but it is highly floriferous

Yes! It’s either a Sogo Banana, (big) or a Sunrise Red Peoker Esme (small) they are not so common.

Lucky how? It’s a grocery phal so it’s not rare or anything. It likely won’t smell bc they’re meant to be tossed by most people like a bouquet.

TBH even my “rare” orchids are just harder to grow. I only think of rare as like that blue Japanese phal myself tho

It’s very lovely, I would be thrilled if I found one with so many stems.
