Got this guy from a nursery about two weeks ago. I have wanted one forever but feared I didn't have the space for it so I waited. I've been reading here/looking at pictures and I'm realizing I have at minimum three(?) plants in this pot. Im not entirely sure how many, but do I need to separate? How do I separate? And assuming I need some kind of support either now or in the future where the heck do I put it? I tried to put some bamboo in the pot but there are so many tight roots I couldn't get it in anywhere besides where I backfilled😬
I'll take all advice, options, and opinions!

I would take the small ones out once you repot. I just find it fun to have a small one as well and if one pot dies i still have a second one
Im a new monstera owner and I just did that to mine. It looks like you might have 4, I had 5 in my pot.
I took them out of the pot, massaged/tickled the roots until the dirt came off, found a massive clump of solid dirt in the center so I dunked it in water and dissolved it in there.
Once they were clean I bunched up the roots in a pot 1-2 inches bigger than the size of the rootball bunched up in my hand.
I mixed up 50% miracle gro tropical potting soil, 20% perlite, 20% orchid bark, and 10% worm castings (its natural nutrients apparently they love it), in a separate container and potted the plants in a clear pot and made sure to water them thoroughly.
It’s been 3 weeks, I can see through the clear pots and they are growing TONS of new roots. 3 out of 4 of my pots put out new leafs so I think I did well.
If you want to go the extra mile I put these plastic supports from Amazon in the pot with the plant before filling with dirt and tied the stem with Velcro. Apparently they grow better when they feel the support. I’m kinda just learning as I go and i’m paranoid about everything going wrong
