Yeah you need to repot them. Youll want to keep lithops together that are in similar growth cycles so their watering needs line up (you shouldnt ever water lithops that are splitting, for example). And its hard to see for sure since the lithops are so close together, but that soil looks way too organic for them. Lithops like a very gritty soil.

You should basically be using like 90% inorganic material – lava stone, pumice, course sand, zeolite, etc. Then just a tiny bit of actual organic soil – preferably a succulent soil.
The other commenter already touched on how these guys really shouldn’t all be together like this because of different growth phases. But I also wanted to add that the container you have them in is way too small. Once they all start splitting and growing they will run out of room almost immediately.
They also all look really wet right now and any of them that are splitting shouldnt be wet at all. Even the others should only be watered when they ask for water (when they get wrinkled).

Lithops singular and also plural, just in case anyone wanted to know

Hello new mom and congrats. Not only do they need more space, they also need to be in an unglazed pot with a drainage hole. As for soil, you want mostly non organic. This is a desert plant from South Africa. Ask your local garden center, or look for it online. You dont want cactus or succulent soil. You need something specific for lithops.

I’m sure it took a while to get those all planted in there and looking nice, unfortunately, they’ll all die in that mug. What little soil I can see is far too organic and will hold moisture against the plant, leading to rot.

Well, those are going to die fast.
