It’s getting hotter in Japan and my Dill is in full swing. I noticed that some leaves started to get “skinnier” and they tasted a little bland if compared to the “normal” leaves. I went on a 3 days trip and came back home to my Dill blooming flowers.
To keep periodically harvesting, is it better to cut them off? or should I just leave it as it is?

You can use the flower as seasoning. Its called “crown dill” in sweden and works well with crayfish.
