If your soil is capable of supporting that moss, then it is WAAAAAAAAAAY too moist for those lithops…
Those basically polar opposite plants in terms of needs…

I mean it is normal, but means it needs a lot more light

extreme etiolation. not normal. they need at least 85% grit btw. definitely not compatible w any moss or even really decorative moss cover unless w super plentiful airflow which does not look to be the case
