They can grow a lot bigger. They climb up trees in their natural environment
You don’t see a ton of huge Thai cons because they were fairly rare until a couple years ago and the cultivar/variegation isn’t that old either. You’ll see more big ones soon.
Also I’m sorry but $900 is insane for that lol. It’s pretty big for a Thai but most of the leaves have had close to half of them cut off. I’m gonna guess that there aren’t many people who would actually want that exact plant in their house
