My lawn is in a dire situation, so I got a quote to see what the pros would say. Quote was sky high for not very much work. I showed the quote to my wife (not the one that left me) and told her I could do it way cheaper. Safe to say I’m not getting any pushback on my Amazon purchases now…

Don’t use tenacity as your weed killer, it’s garbage. Do keep it around for seeding times. Grub Ex is good and that fertilizer claiming only one application is bogus. Return the aerator, that’s snake oil. Find a local place like an ag supply or a SiteOne. You’ll be amazed how much more you can save.

you can use dish soap in place of liquid aerator, just make sure it’s not anti bacterial. it also works as a surfactant keeping what ever you spray on the blades longer

the shelf products, and has also ordered from Sunday as I have 3 kids now and life has gotten harder, I am not disappointed with Sunday products.
I still supplement and augment their treatments, but 80% of the work is just sent to me. Im not opposed to it. I used to hate it to be fair. This will never give you 100% best yard, but it does a decent job. I wish they would include more pre emergent. The brown spot in the left side of the yard is a large patch of clover I just killed.
My yard is far from perfect. The time I have allocated to the yard vs being with my kids is better than when I did everything piecemeal.
Enjoy your yard. Thats what it is there for.
Why would your wife care about you buying some lawn stuff anyway.
Tell her it’s porn drugs hookers and booze and that you have a severe problem. When she sees the lawn care items she be very relieved. Also, I’m not the best person in the room to get advice from.
