I made a new eco jar yesterday, I let it sit out with the lid open overnight to let it settle. Today I saw moving creatures swimmimg around. (not exactly swimming but you know what I mean.) Also there were some small white? worms on the bottom wiggling, and something that appears to be a snail? But now i really want to know what is this guy suppost to be!

Definitely some sort of insect nymph and definitely predatory. Sooner or later this will probably turn into something big that’s gonna fly
Stonefly, will definitely die. Stoneflies need very good water quality, lots of oxygen, and cold temperatures

Stoneflies are on the Plecoptera order and are herbivores, but need running water to live.
