Is this mold???

So I'm pretty new to "classical" succulents (as in, dry climate lots of light) but recently I thought that since I do have a grow cabinet (cheap grow lights but they do their job) I should maybe dip my toes into it. Went to a plant shop in my area, asked for an easy one, got given this. Echeveria? I think? Anyways I put it in the cabinet with the others (I mostly have hoyas but the cabinet is not humidified at all, the doors are never closed, so I'd say it's room humidity). I check on it today and?? Mold??? I touched it and it seems hard, attached to the leaves. Too big to be mealies I guess, but it could always be. I don't know what to think?
