It took me most of a year but I finally separated out my $20 monstera into two pots. It was still in its original gallon nursery pot. It had EIGHT plants in it! This is my first monstera and I was really nervous about teasing out all those roots but it wasn’t too bad. Probably harder to plant them and attach all those octopus arms to the pole while they were waving wildly about. The white pot has two poles in it and the 3 biggest plants and the turquoise one just one pole and the smaller plants. You can see the original pot in the last pic. How long does it take them to orient to the light and start looking normal-ish?

May I give you a suggestion/advice? Tying the stems does nothing lol you’ve gotta tie the plant as close as you can to the areal root, then to the pole!

you’re supposed to tie the main stem to the support, not the petioles. the main stem is the area between the nodes.

Give those poor plants enough light.

Good professionally handled transplant because most of the case the roots get damaged and plants can’t overcome.
In your case all the plants are growing bigger with perfect pot size and surely in perfect substrate ☘️👏🏻
