My philodendron has suddenly started growing pink, weird and crooked leaves. Why does it do this and is it better to cut them off (and maybe propagate them), or just leave them and let it keep growing?

That is how they come out. The leaves harden off to look normal in time.
Leave them. This is how they come in. I had to learn this myself. It freaked me out at first. Then they harden and the variegation is sooo pretty.
