Hello, I bought a Philodendron Pink Princess about 10 days ago. The lower leaves started turning yellow, so I decided to check the roots and repot it. The roots looked fine, and I repotted it into a coconut-based substrate with aeration additives.
However, the leaves are still continuing to turn yellow. The stem is not soft. After repotting, I watered it once. At first, it was placed near an east-facing window, but since it has been cloudy here, I decided to move it under a grow light.
Could you please help me understand what might be going on with it? Is this normal—maybe just transplant stress—or should I check the roots again or possibly cut something back? I really don’t want it to die.
Here are photos of how it looked before, the roots, and how it looks now.

the roots look healthy but not going to lie, there’s not a lot of them for a pink princess that size. how big was the rootball when you repotted it?

The stem also has some concerning colour on it, potentially a fungus? bit hard to tell from the photos but it’s pretty close to the roots.

It could be in shock at the moment if it lost some roots, as the pot size looks good, soil looks good and if you have a proper grow light (not a LED light bar one) it should be fine. Only other issues I can think of is low humidity, the plant potentially being up against a cold window or nutrient issues (though it might not be best to use a strong fertiliser right, a very watered down one might help)
