Jasmine plant, doesn’t look right. Red tinge to leaves

Hello all,

My Jasmine has started showing new growth in the last month or so but I am concerned that the colour of the leaves are all browny/red/light green.

Something doesn’t look right. I have put some fish and bone in the top layer of soil and mixed it in.

Not sure what is going on?
