Blooming for the third year in a row

So beautiful, I love it. Can anyone help identify? it gets kind of wrinkly after blooming, is that normal?

looks like lobivia/echinopsis subdenutata. beautiful blooms

most likely flowering took a bit of extra effort and it’s wrinkly from thirst, it would be happy to have a nice soak
