Master Gardeners offer free gardening program
SIDNEY — Shelby County Master Gardeners will host a free gardening program Thursday, April 23, at the Amos Memorial Public Library in Sidney.
In a talk called “Let’s Get Potted,” local Master Gardener volunteers Conelia Dixon and Teresa Freisthler will offer information about growing flowers, vegetables, herbs and small fruits in containers, a news release said. Their information might be especially useful for those with limited space. The one-hour program starts at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room and is free to the public. Refreshments and a door prize will be offered. No pre-registration is needed.
