I bought a ten-liter hydroponics container and placed lettuce seedlings in it. Part of the root is in the water, and part above the water is in keratin pebbles. An 11W LED bulb is shining over the plant, and a fertilizer mix with minerals for such plants is in the water. An aquarium pump is running in the water to oxygenate it. What am I doing wrong that the lettuce has been growing for several weeks and can't grow? The same seedlings growing in the ground at the same time are already large and ready to eat.

Well 11W is not much. It is very little. It should be very close to the plants to give adequate light. Also what nutrients are you using and how much?

Take them outside to the sun(but make sure its the morning sunshine side if that makes sense), change the water. Get liquid fertilisers(put like half a cup) mix with two teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda.
