Repot her, just burry the Part of the stem without leaves. The plant will develop roots there.And give her nutrition
Do you fertilise? And if yes what type do you use?
What soil you use?
Personally I’d airlayer the top, chop/repot.
Other than new soil, I’d keep it mostly as is. I think the look of it being supported by mostly roots is pretty cool. You’d definitely need some support pole or moss wall system though
