Got this plant at the start of the year and switched it from soil to Leca about 3 weeks ago (didn't do any transitioning, went straight for it)

It doesn't seem to be getting any worse other than the baby leaves down below, but I haven't seen any new growth either

I use only distilled water and change it weekly, filling the cache pot about half way. I add in a little bit of Miracle Grow all purpose liquid fertilizer every two weeks. It sits in bright but indirect and filtered light. Thanks!

Make sure your nutrient solution sits below the roots, and you probably need to increase humidity to help the root growth. I usually just pop some press n seal over the top of the pots. It will take a while to transition, it usually focuses on root growth first. And you should be fertilising with every watering, since LECA doesn’t have any nutrients in the way soil does 🙂

Have you checked the bottom side of the leaves? It looks like some sort of pests. Especially the leaf on the far right sight. But it might just be a lesions. Make sure to your fertilizer more regularly. You could also help your plant with putting it on a heating mat. Moreover check for the humidity in the air.
