Hi everyone, I just purchased my first plant, and it’s a Monstera. I have never owned a plant before, so I am seeking general advice so that way I can have a healthy and beautiful Monstera. I purchased her from this plant pop-up shop on my schools campus and was just wondering if I can get any advice

Wise decision to own a monstera 😎. You want to make airy substrate by adding bark, pumice stone, perlite. little bit of charcoal to prevent rot, with garden soil . Once water then should not be watered until the first 2inches of the soil becomes dry because juvenile monstera is very prone to rot.
Sometimes spray neem oil solution to make it pests free.
Congrats! You now actually own what looks to be 3-4 monstera plants.
Kill This Plant’s YouTube channel is an excellent place to start. He has a full monstera series that’s very informative and easy to follow.
