My pothos had a bad mealybug infestation, and spot treating hasn't helped so 2 days ago I took it out of its pot, brushed off all the old soil, and washed the leaves before repotting it in new soil. Now the stems and leaves are really limp and wilt-y. They felt normal before the repot. The soil is damp, but it doesn't feel waterlogged or heavy. I used a mixture of basic potting soil, perlite, and orchid bark. Previously it was only in basic potting soil with a little extra perlite.
Once it dried off I saw that there were still some mealybugs left way down in the books & crannies so I sprayed it with a 50-50 mix of rubbing alcohol and water (the same thing I'd previously used to spot-treat, and it didn't cause problems before).

Disturbing the leaves and roots by washing then repotting in different medium has shocked this plant.
Let it be, let it snuggle in, I’d say give about a week. It should perk up.
Pothos can be drama queens.
I’d def give it a few days and see what happens but worst case scenario you could prop everything and have a ton of new plants 🤷♂️
