Monstera monkey – new leaves come out but brown

Hey all, I hope someone can tell me what the problem here is. I rescued this plant from the garbage and she is growing very slowly. I gave her a moss pole and keep them moist.

And still even the new leaves come out with brown edges.

I check regularly if the plant has any pests and there is nothing to see, also not the thrips.

Can anyone help here ?
