Hey team, can anyone let me know what these might be? Developed over a couple of weeks. Started out thin and weak points in the leaf structure but now dry and brittle. Is it sun damage or overwatering? Only have this watered once every two weeks in extremely well draining soil and gravel mix. Caudex isn’t mushy anywhere and I have it in indirect light mostly but more recently started making sure of this bit

Cut leaf off & burn Do not let water droplets form on foliage
