I was given this flower box of root-bound individuals but I don’t have experience. Can someone tell me if I can save them? The stems are almost no longer green, they’re yellowing and some parts are brown, some parts are papery. From doing research it sounds like I should cut away those unhealthy parts but I haven’t don’t that yet. I was thinking the green pup should be cut off and propagated since its stem doesn’t look very healthy? So far I’ve started breaking up the compacted old soil from the roots but haven’t finished yet. Any help and expertise would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

everything looks pretty normal imo just very rootbound id just repot and give it some fertiliser and water and it should be fine
Nature finds a way… always finds a way. Browning at base could just be normal corking. If the base is soft and squishy, you’ll cut off the pup and root it.
