Perhaps I should also be treating with BT preventable?

    Perhaps it’s powdery mildew? There are tiny white dots on the underside.

  2. That doesn’t look like the aphid damage I get (I get a bunch because my garden thrives on neglect and poor decisions). If you are seeing a bunch of aphids, the general consensus is to physically remove them often with a jet spray. That never works for me when there is a true infestation, nor has neem oil/BT. DE has helped with ants, making a perimeter around the plant.

    How is your predator situation? Have enough bugs to eat the pests? If you are importing lady bugs, I suggest a morning release. Then the toad living in your garden won’t feast on the night time buffet you provided (like I did).
