DeSoto Family Theatre will debut the musical “The Secret Garden” from April 24 to 28 at The Gin at Nesbit, according to a news release.
Phoebe Seever stars as Mary Lennox, a young girl who finds hope, healing, and magic within a mysterious garden. The production showcases Seever’s previous roles, including Molly in “Annie,” Captain Hook in “Peter Pan,” and Elsa in “Frozen.”
Seever expressed gratitude for the opportunity, thanking her family and her school for support. She has also performed in local youth productions, including “The Lion King Jr.” and “Annie Jr.,” with Hernando Schools.
