Looks like an invasive paper mulberry.
Paper mulberry it seems. I’m not sure about the removal part though. I’m sure there are experts here that could advise.
Pull asap!!! My neighbor has one that grew so fast in a year, and now I’m constantly pulling saplings from my yard. Very invasive!
Looks like a paper mulberry. They can create lots of shade, but also lots of shallow roots spreading in every direction. I would pull it before it gets established.
